Today's treasury embodies the colors of an earthen January. Sophie from MoonGardenStitches has put together a curation of items that tells of the earth's fallen remnants. Shells, moss, mushrooms, and even my little wooden button earrings all remind you to slow the frantic pace of daily doings and absorb the stillness that is January.

Those are so stinkin' cool!
DeleteWhat relaxing, beautiful hues running through these wonderful pieces. I've always been drawn to earth tones (I think that some similarly hued pottery that my parents had in our rec room when I was a child plays a big role there) and think this is the perfect palette to surround oneself with after all the vibrancy and hecticness of the holiday season.
ReplyDelete♥ Jessica
Indeed, I hadn't thought about it comparatively with the holidays, but yes, it is soothing after the deep punch of colors.
DeleteLove the plates. Beautiful post.
