What a touchingly sweet tattoo. My sister means the world to me, and I would happily tattoo a word like that on my body to celebrate our bond and relationship, too.

*PS* Thank you so much for your awesomely sweet comment on my wig reveal post. I didn't realize it until I saw those photos up on my blog, but you're right, I do look more confident. That's really neat - and meaningful to me, as self-confidence is something I've struggled with for my whole life. It's awesome to know that, in its own small way, my new hair is helping in that regard.
Love it! I never had a sister, although I've had a couple of women friends who were close enough to be sisters. Both my tats are family related as well. :O)
That's sweet ~ my baby sister called me last night because she missed me. I absolutely cherish our relationship. I hated her so much growing up (7 years apart) but now we are closer than ever.
Sisters are so special. That was a really nice thing for you to do out of love. Love the black and white photo. Have a great day. http://onecreativeprocrastinatinggal.blogspot.com/
Yes, she did! I was very excited to get one with her. She got hers in a different language and on a different part of her body though, so they are each unique but both say sisters. ;-)
I love this, i got so happy when i saw it, because i am greek and this is a great word. Best Regards Miss Margaret Cruzemark http://margaretcruzemark.blogspot.com/
