  5. Wow! How much garlic do you yield in a year? Can you make it through the garlic before it dries? Do you sell it? Pickle it? Yum!

    1. MMmmmm, pickled garlic sounds good! I've never done that before.

      This picture is from when I worked on an organic farm last year. We had pulled up an entire truck bed full of garlic by hand and this was the end result after it cured and was braided. We grew hard necked garlic to but those you can't braid. We sold it at 3 farmer's markets and had a CSA. It was wonderful!!
