A copperhead, yikes! Talk about an unwanted (though very beautiful) guest. We have some poisonous snakes around these parts, too, chief amongst which are rattlesnakes. I've never had one show up at our house, but I have heard the distinct sound of their vibrating tails a few times when out in nature around the Okanagan.
Oh, eep! I'm glad I haven't come across a surprise like that on my front porch. :)
ReplyDeleteGoodness, never seen a snake like that. Glad I didn't come across it on my porch, something my husband might want to keep :) x
ReplyDeleteIt is a copperhead and very very venomous so hubby should keep away! ;-)

ReplyDeleteOMG, this is not something I would like to find on my front porch in the morning, I've got chills all over just looking at the photos.
ReplyDeleteEeeeekkk...!!! But at least it's not a spider!! I can (just about) deal with snakes but spiders send me into a complete panic.
